Experienced Truck Driver within Kenya (with possible cross-border routes to Tanzania or Uganda) who can: - Safely and efficiently operate articulated or heavy trucks to deliver goods within Kenya and occasionally cross-border . - Ensure timely delivery while adhering to transport laws, company policies, and safety regulations. - Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report mechanical issues immediately. - Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records, and documentation in compliance with DOT and local regulations. - Load, secure, and unload cargo according to weight and safety standards. - Communicate clearly with dispatch, staff, and clients to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate defensive driving at all times. Requirements: - Valid Class B AND CE driver’s license (depending on vehicle type) - Minimum 2+ years of professional truck driving experience in Kenya. - KCSE Certificate or equivalent. - Proven record of discipline, honesty, and reliability . - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. - Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours. - Must pass background and drug screening Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with tipper trucks, flatbeds, or refrigerated cargo. - Cross-border driving experience - Knowledge of Nairobi and major Kenyan routes
