Salary: Ksh 35,000-40,000 ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive Senior Resort Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. The role involves coordinating staff, maintaining high service standards, and keeping all resort facilities fully functional. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily resort operations to ensure smooth coordination across all departments Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time Manage guest interactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and overall experience Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of all resort facilities Support planning and execution of events, activities, and guest engagement initiatives Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper use of supplies and resources Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate operational updates to management QUALIFICATIONS Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or customer service Strong leadership and team coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of professionalism and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage operations in a dynamic environment
