Role Overview.
We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to lead our IT sales efforts in Kenya. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technology solutions and our clients’ business goals, managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final payment collection. If you have a knack for building lasting partnerships and a proven track record in the East African IT sector, we’d love to have you on the team.
Responsibilities
Managing Existing Customer Accounts. Developing additional business opportunities in the assigned accounts Developing new targeted accounts Managing the complete sales cycle right from prospecting, relationship management, up to payment collections Working on the sales target and reporting on a quarterly basis to attain the sales target To manage the relationship between the customer and the company. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met. Help customers solve difficult business challenges by aligning our value proposition with their business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the area of IT. Products & Services Sales. Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience.
Candidate Profile
Work experience in the area of IT Products & Services Sales. Minimum 5+ years of Account Management experience is a must. Working experience in working in East Africa will be an advantage. A proven track record in sales is a requirement. A proven track record is account management is a requirement.
